FORTEBRAZE FLUX 110 ased with copper based brazing alloys 8001, 8002 and 8003. Its residues are not hygroscopic and corrosive.

GREENFLAME is flux in liquid form. Evaporates with acetylene or any other gas and cleans brazing area. Suitable for high joining speeds. No extra cleaning process is required. Has no residues. Application temperature is 750-1100°C. More information about GREENFLAME Liquid Flux.

Their use is essential in the soldering/brazing processes. Heating a metal surface accelerates the formation of oxides, the result of chemical combination between the hot metal and oxygen in the air. This oxide layer has to be removed before brazing, and the formation of a new oxide layer has to be prevented or they will inhibit the filler metal from wetting and bonding to the surfaces.
